Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a prorated refund for the amount of time remaining on your license. In order to qualify for a refund, it is necessary to deactivate your license from your computer. Instructions are available on our website here.
Once your Deactivation Code has been verified, an email will be sent to the address provided and a prorated amount will be mailed within 30 days. There will be a $15 processing fee for all refunds.[/spoiler]
