Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a prorated refund for the amount of time remaining on your license. There will be a $15 processing fee for all refunds. In order to qualify for a refund, it is necessary to deactivate your license from your computer.

Deactivate

Please follow these steps to deactivate your license.

1. Open any of the Commercial Investment Models and click on the “Deactivate License” button.

2. Click “Yes” when it asks you if you are sure you would like to deactivate.

    Reason for Deactivating

    Once your Deactivation Code has been verified, an email will be sent to the address provided and a prorated amount less the $15 processing fee will be mailed within 30 days.
